Usually I release jewelry already finished in specific sizes, shapes, and finishes. And once in the shop, hope that the perfect gemstones found their intendeds.
I do prefer this way of releasing my work, because you get to see the exact piece you will receive ahead of time.
To know how the ring will sit upon the hand, see the dazzle of your exact stone, choose your necklace based on preferred symmetry or leaf print detailing or petal shape.
But this offering style can be a bit hectic during releases.
I have long wanted to offer a handful of designs that I can make especially for you when you place an order. And this is the beginning of what I hope to be many Made to Order offerings:
The Constants Collection
Named for those every day pieces that become like old friends, constant and unwavering, present during all the undulations of life. Simple, understated, made especially for you.
For these made to order pieces, there will be a separate listing for each gemstone type: chalcedony, chrysoprase, peach moonstone, rainbow moonstone, onyx, carnelian, rose quartz.
Once you place your order and specify your ring size, I will pick out the prettiest stones for you, and pop them in the mail the moment they’re finished. They will be made and shipped in order of purchase.
You wont be able to choose your stones, but I have set aside stones that all look very, very similar to the ones in the sample rings.
I only have a limited number of gemstones for each of these rings, but will leave up the listings as long as I can!
( The kyanites, sapphires, and opals will be a separate collection I will release in a few weeks. Since there is a wider variation in size, color, shape, etc. of those stones, I will put out a call for ring sizes, and then make a handful in the most requested sizes.)
As with all my past Made to Order offerings, these will have about an 8-10 week turnaround.
But always hopefully quicker! Shipping time will vary since I will be working on them in the order of purchase, as well as alongside my other collections.
