It’s time for the summer giveaway! This is the second of my series of four, which will be spaced over the course of the year, and will be somewhat seasonal. And here is the summer installment!
To reiterate what I said in the first giveaway, this series is an effort to connect with those who have been championing me with words of encouragement, recommendations to others, and generous orders. They are made up of a few of my favorite things. The things that adorn my aesthetic and artistic landscape. I cherish your support, so I want to give you some things I cherish. These are the things I would give someone if I wanted them to know me better.

This giveaway features:
* A selection of summery jewels
I chose mossy greens and botanical silhouettes, turquoise eggs, and leaf imprints. Specifically, there will be a fern necklace with a swath of chain to sway with movement and breeze, and dotted with tiny prehnite beads. The type of necklace to wear while pedaling your bicycle through dappled sunlight. There will be a sterling silver birds nest with a tiny, American mined turquoise egg nestled inside. There will be a moss agate cuff that looks as through it were plucked off the forest floor just moments ago. And of course, a pair of simple leaf print earrings.
* Idylls of the King by Lord Alfred Tennyson
Another duplicate copy of another one of my favorite poetry collections. To explain the impact Arthurian legend has had on me would be like trying to unravel a spider’s web. The noble deeds of knights, the tragedies wrought by the twisting of human nature, the subtle magic, these things are enmeshed in my very fabric. When I see a twisted, gnarled oak, I still imagine an imprisoned wizard undone byΒ his own weakness. The Lady of Shalott wrenches me like few other poems can. And the Lady of the Lake lives in the cove behind my childhood home, and none will ever convince me otherwise. The idylls are woven through me, and to give these words to someone else is a great joy.
* A brass deer figurine
Because nothing speaks to me of summer as finding deer beds in the thicket and awkward fawns anxiously keeping up with their mothers.
* A few crystals and minerals
Two minty green fluorite towers and an unruly hunk of apophyllite.

To Enter:
Follow my Instagram account and repost the giveaway picture of the care-package contents I featured on my Instagram page. Regram it to your own account, and tag @moon.spinner and #mssummer2017 in the description.
Thatβs it!
I like doing repost giveaways because it is such an honest way to participate in a giveaway. Those who enter are showing they are proud to support and share my work, and to those people I would give all the things! That is also why this giveaway is such a generous one.
I will draw a winner on July 5, 2017.
